Weldots is a fast-growing eCommerce company that started in 2020, specializing in innovative products across multiple niches, including premium face masks and phone accessories. With a strong emphasis on quality and customer satisfaction, we have served over 1 million customers and continue to expand our product lines and reach. We are looking for a proactive and organized eCommerce Operations Manager to join our team and help streamline our operations as we scale.


Job Summary


As the eCommerce Operations Specialist at Weldots, you will be responsible for managing the daily operations of our eCommerce platforms and ensuring the smooth execution of all processes from inventory management to customer service. This role requires a detail-oriented individual with 1-3 years of experience in eCommerce, who can oversee order fulfillment, vendor relationships, and contribute to continuous process improvements.


Key Responsibilities:


  1. Process Improvement:

Identify and implement improvements in operational processes to enhance efficiency.

Leverage technology and automation tools to streamline workflows.


2.E-commerce Platform Management:

Oversee the operation and maintenance of our Shopify website.

Process orders, track shipments, and manage returns to ensure a seamless customer experience.

Perform regular inventory checks and update stock levels across platforms.

Implement website updates, including banners, product listings, and promotions.

Manage product cataloging, including images, descriptions, and pricing updates.


3.Order Fulfillment & Logistics:

Coordinate with the warehouse team to ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment.

Manage relationships with shipping and logistics partners to optimize delivery times.

Monitor and improve fulfillment processes to reduce errors and increase efficiency.


4.Inventory Management:

Monitor stock levels and manage reordering processes to avoid stockouts or overstocking.

Coordinate with the warehouse team to maintain accurate inventory records.


Qualifications:


Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations, E-commerce, or a related field.

1-3 years of experience in eCommerce operations, preferably in a fast-paced environment.

Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.

Experience with Shopify and inventory management systems is preferred.

Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

Ability to manage multiple priorities and work under tight deadlines.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with CRM tools.

A proactive and collaborative approach with a desire to learn and grow.


Working Days: Monday to Saturday

Timings: 9 AM to 6 PM
