🔍 What You’ll Be Doing:

• Lead and manage e-commerce growth strategy across top online platforms
• Own relationships with marketplaces and uncover new digital distribution opportunities
• Execute high-impact campaigns tailored to each platform to boost visibility and sales
• Optimize listings, monitor performance, and run promotions using real-time insights
• Collaborate with content, design, and operations teams for a seamless brand experience
• Leverage analytics tools to track KPIs and maximize ROI
• Deliver regular reports and insights to drive decisions and performance
• Ensure the brand’s presence remains premium, engaging, and accessible across all digital shelves

✅ What You Bring:

• 5–7 years of hands-on experience in e-commerce (preferably Beauty, Personal Care, FMCG, or Retail)
• At least 3 years managing marketplace campaigns (Amazon, Flipkart, Nykaa, etc.)
• Strong grasp of SEO, PPC, keyword bidding, and digital merchandising
• Proficiency in e-commerce tools, dashboards, and marketing analytics platforms
• Skilled at cross-functional collaboration and marketplace/vendor relationship management
• Strategic thinker with a passion for experimentation and growth
• Degree in Marketing, Business, or related field
