Job Description

As the Key Accounts Manager - Myntra, your role involves managing and growing Myntra as a channel to ensure maximum visibility and sales success. You will be the primary point of contact for category relationships, driving strategic initiatives, optimizing product listings, and collaborating with cross-functional teams for exceptional growth. Key Responsibilities: - Build and maintain strong relationships with category counterparts. - Act as the primary point of contact for all operational and business-related communications. - Monitor and analyze sales performance across categories. - Utilize data-driven insights to optimize product listings, pricing, and promotions. Identify growth opportunities and recommend revenue-increasing strategies. - Collaborate with internal teams such as operations, marketing, and supply chain for seamless campaign execution and order fulfillment. - Coordinate with channel partners for promotional activities and enhance product visibility. - Develop and implement plans to meet and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets. - Drive initiatives to improve customer experience and retention. - Stay updated on competitors and industry trends to adjust strategies and stay competitive in the marketplace. - Troubleshoot issues related to order fulfillment, inventory management, and customer feedback for timely resolutions. - Prepare and present regular performance reports, insights, and recommendations to senior management. Qualifications Required: - Proven experience (3+ years) in managing and scaling Myntra by 1 crore in previous roles. - Strong understanding of the Myntra ecosystem, including operations, image sequencing, title & PDP modifications, PLA & Display ads, SJIT & PPMP. - Excellent analytical skills and the ability to interpret data for strategic decision-making. - Demonstrated track record of achieving sales growth and operational excellence in e-commerce channels. - Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to build relationships with internal and external stakeholders. - Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment and manage multiple priorities. - Proficiency in MS Excel, analytics tools, and marketplace management software. - Proactive and solution-oriented mindset with the ability to independently resolve issues. Note: The job location is Okhla Phase 3 (On-Site) with a 6-day working setup.,
