Location: Noida, Uttar Pradesh
Salary: ₹45,000 – ₹55,000 per month

About Us
Mode Retails (Prabhu Shriram) is a fast-growing luxury consumer brand in incense, fragrances, and wellness. We’re looking for a dynamic E-commerce Manager to lead and scale our online business across marketplaces and D2C platforms.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and grow sales on Amazon, Flipkart, Nykaa, Myntra, Jiomart, and own D2C site (Shopify/WordPress).
• Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns (Amazon PPC, Google Ads, Meta Ads).
• Optimize catalog listings, SEO, and A+ content for brand visibility.
• Handle end-to-end operations: order fulfillment, logistics, returns, packaging.
• Use analytics (Excel, Power BI, GA) to track KPIs and drive performance.
• Explore new channels (social commerce, live commerce) and international marketplaces (Amazon US, UK, UAE).
• Lead and mentor the e-commerce team.

Requirements

• MBA/PGDM in Marketing/E-commerce (preferred).
• 5–8 years’ experience in e-commerce (FMCG/consumer brands preferred).
• Strong knowledge of Seller Central, Flipkart Hub, Nykaa Seller Portal, Shopify/WordPress.
• Skills in SEO, SEM, performance marketing, analytics, and team management.
