Job Description

Key Responsibilities: Marketplace Management: Handle daily operations for platforms like Amazon.com, Amazon.in, Flipkart, Walmart, Tata1mg, Jio-Mart etc. Optimize product listings with compelling content, keywords, and images. Manage inventory, pricing, and order processing. Manage Shopify. Sales & Performance Growth: Monitor KPIs like CTR, conversion rate, ACoS, and ROAS. Plan and execute promotional campaigns and seasonal sales strategies. Work on increasing organic rankings and brand visibility. Advertising & Campaigns: Run PPC campaigns on Amazon Ads, Google Shopping, Meta Ads, etc. Analyze campaign performance and optimize ad spend. Coordination & Reporting: Work closely with sales, marketing, and logistics teams. Provide weekly/monthly reports on performance and growth strategies. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field Proven experience in managing e-commerce portals and marketplaces Strong understanding of SEO, paid ads, and analytics tools Experience with tools like Helium10, Amazon Seller Central, Google Analytics Excellent communication and analytical skills Knowledge of Ayurveda/wellness industry (preferred) Benefits: Competitive salary + performance incentives Work in a fast-growing Ayurvedic brand Career growth opportunities in digital commerce Show more Show less
