Job Description

The responsibilities of this role include contacting potential customers to promote Ayurvedic supplements, explaining product benefits and features, addressing customer queries, maintaining interaction records, securing orders from doctors, retail customers, and wellness practitioners, as well as contacting doctors to introduce products, provide samples, and generate prescriptions or recommendations. Additionally, explaining product benefits, features, and usage effectively is a key part of the job. The ideal candidate should possess good communication skills, while previous experience in customer service or sales would be a plus. Knowledge of Ayurveda is desirable but not mandatory. The job type is full-time and permanent. Benefits for this position include paid sick time, paid time off, a performance bonus, and a yearly bonus. The schedule is set for day shift. The educational requirement is a Bachelor's degree, and experience in telemarketing for at least 1 year is preferred. The work location is in person.,
