eCommerce Executive

Key Responsibilities:

• Shipment & Order Tracking:
• Update and maintain shipment status across all marketplaces.
• Coordinate with vendors, logistics partners, and warehouses for dispatch and delivery updates.
• Track delays, follow up on pending shipments, and ensure timely closures.
• Vendor Coordination:
• Communicate with vendors for order status, stock updates, GRN, and invoice-related follow-ups.
• Maintain vendor trackers and ensure timely documentation and process compliance.
• Coordinate with purchase, accounts, and warehouse teams for smooth workflow.
• Reporting & Data Management:
• Maintain daily operational data in Excel (PO, GRN, dispatch, sales, and inventory).
• Prepare daily/weekly/monthly MIS and performance reports.
• Support management with data analysis and summaries for decision-making.
• Documentation & Process Support:
• Ensure all shipment and vendor documents are properly updated and filed.
• Assist in reconciliation of invoices, debit notes, and delivery challans.

Skills & Qualifications:

• Graduate in any discipline (Commerce background preferred).
• Min 2 years of experience in eCommerce operations, vendor management, or logistics.
• Proficient in MS Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, basic formulas).
• Strong coordination and follow-up skills.
• Good communication and data-handling ability.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Kolkata - 700071, West Bengal: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
