• Create OPFs, send PO acceptance, and coordinate invoicing with finance.
• Upload new products, update inventory, and resolve portal-related issues.
• Assist in shipment planning, label printing, and online documentation.
• Update and modify existing designs based on client/production needs.
• Maintain proper records of drawings, orders, and product data.
• Share quotations, reports, and support teams in daily coordination.
• Knowledge of e-commerce portals & order management.
• MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
• Good coordination and communication skills.
• Attention to detail and ability to multitask.
• Diploma/Degree in Draftsmanship / Mechanical / Civil (preferred).
• 1-3 years of experience in e-commerce operations /drafting.
