Ecommerce Executive _ Ghaziabad

Key Responsibilities

Marketplace Management:

• Manage listings on marketplaces like Amazon, Flipkart, Meesho, and others.
• Upload new products with accurate descriptions, images, and keywords.
• Track inventory, pricing, and product visibility on all platforms.
• Coordinate with operations and warehouse teams to ensure timely dispatch and fulfillment.

Website Management:

• Maintain product listings, banners, and content on the Shopify (or WooCommerce/Magento) website.
• Monitor and improve website user experience (UX) and performance.
• Coordinate with developers/designers to implement updates and troubleshoot issues.

Sales & Marketing:

• Support execution of online marketing campaigns, discounts, and promotions.
• Track and report campaign ROI, customer engagement, and sales data.
• Work closely with digital marketing teams on SEO, SEM, and email marketing efforts.

Customer Support & Order Management:

• Handle customer queries, complaints, and returns through e-commerce channels.
• Monitor order flows and ensure smooth coordination from order placement to delivery.

Analytics & Reporting:

• Analyze traffic, conversions, sales trends, and prepare weekly/monthly performance reports.
• Identify insights and make recommendations for optimization.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
• 3-5 years of experience in an e-commerce or digital sales role.
• Hands-on experience with Amazon Seller Central, Flipkart Seller Hub, and Shopify (or other CMS platforms).
• Proficiency in MS Excel, Google Analytics, and ecommerce tools.
• Strong understanding of ecommerce trends and consumer behavior.
• Good communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and in a team.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in managing health & wellness or FMCG brands online.
• Knowledge of photo editing tools (Canva/Photoshop) is a plus.
• Familiarity with Facebook Ads, Google Ads, and performance marketing is a plus.
