Key Responsibilities Marketplace Management: Manage listings on marketplaces like Amazon, Flipkart, Meesho, and others. Upload new products with accurate descriptions, images, and keywords. Track inventory, pricing, and product visibility on all platforms. Coordinate with operations and warehouse teams to ensure timely dispatch and fulfillment. Website Management: Maintain product listings, banners, and content on the Shopify (or WooCommerce/Magento) website. Monitor and improve website user experience (UX) and performance. Coordinate with developers/designers to implement updates and troubleshoot issues. Sales & Marketing: Support execution of online marketing campaigns, discounts, and promotions. Track and report campaign ROI, customer engagement, and sales data. Work closely with digital marketing teams on SEO, SEM, and email marketing efforts. Customer Support & Order Management: Handle customer queries, complaints, and returns through e-commerce channels. Monitor order flows and ensure smooth coordination from order placement to delivery. Analytics & Reporting: Analyze traffic, conversions, sales trends, and prepare weekly/monthly performance reports. Identify insights and make recommendations for optimization. Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field. 3-5 years of experience in an e-commerce or digital sales role. Hands-on experience with Amazon Seller Central, Flipkart Seller Hub, and Shopify (or other CMS platforms). Proficiency in MS Excel, Google Analytics, and ecommerce tools. Strong understanding of ecommerce trends and consumer behavior. Good communication and organizational skills. Ability to work independently and in a team. Preferred Qualifications Experience in managing health & wellness or FMCG brands online. Knowledge of photo editing tools (Canva/Photoshop) is a plus. Familiarity with Facebook Ads, Google Ads, and performance marketing is a plus.
