We're rapidly expanding in e-commerce and looking for an E-Commerce Associate to manage our online marketplace presence. Job Summary We're seeking an E-Commerce Associate to oversee our brand's presence on Amazon, Flipkart, and other e-commerce platforms. The ideal candidate should have experience in marketplace operations, listing optimization, inventory management, and sales performance tracking. Key Responsibilities - Manage and optimize product listings on Amazon, Flipkart, and other e-commerce platforms - Handle product uploads, catalog management, pricing strategies, and promotions - Monitor sales performance, customer reviews, and competitor trends - Ensure inventory accuracy and manage advertising campaigns (PPC) - Resolve customer queries and stay updated with e-commerce trends - Manage quick commerce operations (e.g., Blinkit) to ensure timely delivery and high customer satisfaction Required Skills & Qualifications - 1-3 years of experience in e-commerce account management - Strong knowledge of Amazon Seller Central, Flipkart Seller Hub, and other marketplace portals - Hands-on experience in product listing, keyword optimization, and SEO - Familiarity with advertising strategies and analytics tools Perks & Benefits - Competitive salary + performance-based incentives - Opportunity to grow within a fast-expanding e-commerce brand - Hands-on experience in marketplace strategy and digital commerce management How to Apply Send your resume to Ishikahr@divinehindu.in.
