E-commerce Operations & Export Compliance Executive

Location: Lower Parel, Mumbai | Industry: Premium Fashion

We seek a detail-oriented professional to manage E-commerce data, product content, and critical export compliance documentation for a premium fashion brand.

Key Responsibilities (Shortlist):

E-commerce Data Entry: Manage product listings, pricing, and inventory in CMS/OMS.
Product Content: Write/edit high-quality, SEO-friendly descriptions.
Export Compliance (Mandatory): Process Shipment/Invoice reports; expert knowledge of Indian government rules on Duty Drawback, ROSCTL, & Shipping Bills.
Invoicing & Logistics: Process POs, GRNs, Challans, & E-way bills.
Coordination: Key operational link between Production and Merchandising teams.

Required Skills:

Export Documentation & Compliance Expertise (Duty Drawback/ROSCTL).
Proficiency in CMS/OMS and Product Data Management (PDM).
Understanding of the Apparel/Fashion Product Lifecycle.
Excellent Verbal and Written English.
Proven Detail Orientation for handling critical documents.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹227,055.96 - ₹742,338.94 per year
