Ecommerce - Brand Development Associate

Key Responsibilities:

• Client Management:

  Act as the primary relationship manager for assigned clients, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and retention.

• Strategic Planning:

  Develop and execute growth strategies tailored to each clients business on Amazon, Flipkart, and other marketplaces.

• Operational Support:

  Resolve cataloging, order, listing, and compliance issues efficiently.

• Performance Monitoring:

  Analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) such as sales, inventory, and ad performance; suggest data-driven improvements.

• Advertising Campaigns:

  Coordinate with the internal digital team to plan and manage paid ad campaigns.

• Communication:

  Maintain clear and timely communication with clients about updates, strategies, and opportunities.

• Reporting:

  Share periodic performance reports, growth metrics, and strategic insights with clients.

Key Skills Required:

• Ability to manage multiple projects and client accounts.
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and coordination skills.
• Basic knowledge of eCommerce platforms, especially Amazon and Flipkart, is a plus.
• Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
• A problem-solving mindset with attention to detail.
• Eagerness to learn and grow in the eCommerce industry.

Qualifications:

• Bachelors or Masters degree in any stream. Freshers are welcome to apply.
• Prior experience in eCommerce or account management is a bonus, but

  training will be provided from scratch

• Candidates must be willing to learn and adapt in a rapidly evolving work environment.
