About the Opportunity

Operating within the dynamic and challenging IT Services and Fintech sector, GiGa-Ops Global Solutions is seeking a highly skilled Production Support Engineer specializing in FIS Quantum/Echos platforms to join their on-site team in India. This role is pivotal in ensuring robust production support, seamless service delivery, and optimal system performance in a fast-paced environment.

Role Responsibilities

Provide end-to-end production support for FIS Quantum/Echos systems, ensuring system reliability and availability.
Diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve production incidents swiftly while minimizing service disruptions.
Manage escalation processes and collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve technical challenges.
Monitor system performance and proactively implement corrective measures to optimize operations.
Coordinate with stakeholders and clients for regular updates, maintenance, and post-incident reviews.
Adhere to ITIL and operational best practices while contributing to continuous process improvements.

Skills Qualifications

Must-Have: Solid experience in production support with a focus on FIS Quantum/Echos environments and a clear understanding of IT operations principles.
Must-Have: Proficiency in incident management, troubleshooting, and technical diagnostics in a high-pressure setting.
Must-Have: Excellent communication and collaboration skills for effective coordination with on-site teams and clients.
Preferred: Familiarity with ITIL frameworks and proven ability to implement operational best practices.
