The Opportunity:
We are looking for a talented Support Engineer to join our Enterprise Command Center (ECC), the nerve center of our production infrastructure. In this hands-on role, you will play a critical part in ensuring the stability and reliability of the systems that underpin our global trading operations. You will work alongside a high-performing team, respond to incidents, and help drive continuous improvement in our infrastructure operations. What You ll Do:

Infrastructure Monitoring:
Continuously monitor the health and performance of production systems, proactively identifying and escalating issues to minimize downtime.

Incident Response:
Respond to infrastructure incidents and outages, troubleshoot problems, and work with cross-functional teams to ensure rapid resolution and minimal disruption to trading and investment activities.

Operational Support:
Fulfill service requests and operational tasks across a range of platforms, including networks, Linux and Windows servers, storage, databases, and monitoring tools. Manage Hardware break-fix.

Documentation:
Maintain detailed runbooks, incident records, and knowledge base articles to ensure consistent and effective incident management and operational processes.

Collaboration:
Work closely with engineering, production assurance, and other technology teams to share information, escalate issues, and drive improvements in system stability and performance.

Continuous Improvement:
Identify opportunities to enhance processes, tools, and workflows, contributing ideas to improve efficiency, automation, and service quality.
What We re Looking For:

Technical Skills:
Solid understanding of IT infrastructure, including networks, Linux and Windows operating systems, and monitoring tools. Experience in a production support or operations role is highly desirable.

Strong troubleshooting skills and the ability to resolve complex technical issues under pressure.

Thorough, organized, and committed to maintaining high standards in incident response, operational processes, and communication.

Education:
Bachelor s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field is preferred.
