The Role

E-Commerce & Marketing Manager

What You’ll Do

  • E-Commerce Management

  • Run the day-to-day operations of Shopify stores (UK/US).
  • Optimize product pages, checkout, and mobile experience to increase conversions.
  • Manage 3PL/warehouse integrations, shipping, duties, and returns.
  • Monitor performance metrics: Sales, LTV, AOV, CAC, ROAS, conversion rates.
  • Digital Marketing

  • Plan and execute campaigns across social, email (Klaviyo), SMS, and paid ads.
  • Oversee Meta Ads and Google Ads campaigns with a focus on profitability.
  • Manage affiliate programs and partnerships to maximize revenue opportunities.
  • Use analytics tools (GA4, Shopify, Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads) to report on results and refine campaigns.
  • Team & Project Leadership

  • Manage interns and freelancers (social media, content, creative).
  • Coordinate with product and design teams for launch timelines.
  • Build and maintain relationships with agencies, affiliates, and influencers.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of e-commerce experience

    with proven growth results.
  • Hands-on

    Shopify expertise

    (non-negotiable).
  • Experience with Klaviyo, Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, and SEO.
  • Strong analytical ability: confident with data, dashboards, and budgets.
  • Understanding of luxury brand positioning and sustainability storytelling.
  • Excellent project management and leadership skills.

Nice to Have

  • Experience in

    sustainable fashion

    or luxury retail.
  • Affiliate program management background.
  • Basic creative direction for campaign shoots or content production.
