We create handbags and accessories that unite quiet luxury with ethical values The Role We are seeking an experienced E-Commerce & Marketing Manager to oversee and grow our online business. You’ll manage our Shopify stores, optimize performance, and lead marketing initiatives that build brand awareness and drive sales across the UK, US, and global markets. What You’ll Do E-Commerce Management Run the day-to-day operations of Shopify stores (UK/US). Optimize product pages, checkout, and mobile experience to increase conversions. Manage 3PL/warehouse integrations, shipping, duties, and returns. Monitor performance metrics: Sales, LTV, AOV, CAC, ROAS, conversion rates. Digital Marketing Plan and execute campaigns across social, email (Klaviyo), SMS, and paid ads. Oversee Meta Ads and Google Ads campaigns with a focus on profitability. Manage affiliate programs and partnerships to maximize revenue opportunities. Use analytics tools (GA4, Shopify, Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads) to report on results and refine campaigns. Team & Project Leadership Manage interns and freelancers (social media, content, creative). Coordinate with product and design teams for launch timelines. Build and maintain relationships with agencies, affiliates, and influencers. Requirements 5+ years of e-commerce experience with proven growth results. Hands-on Shopify expertise (non-negotiable). Experience with Klaviyo, Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, and SEO. Strong analytical ability: confident with data, dashboards, and budgets. Understanding of luxury brand positioning and sustainability storytelling. Excellent project management and leadership skills. Nice to Have Experience in sustainable fashion or luxury retail. Affiliate program management background. Basic creative direction for campaign shoots or content production.
