This is a full-time on-site role for an Assistant to the Chief Executive Officer, based in Gurugram. The Assistant will be responsible for providing executive administrative support, maintaining task trackers and ceo email, managing daily office operations, facilitating communication, organizing schedules, drafting minutes, coordinating meetings of the CEO. The candidate would also be assisting in HR operations. The role requires a detail-oriented and highly organized individual who can work efficiently in a dynamic environment.
Qualifications- High IQ-Btech ECE Graduate, Freshers welcome-Strong Communication and Organization skills-Excellent time management and multitasking abilities-Experience with scheduling, meeting coordination, and administrative support-Previous experience in a similar role is a plus-Familiarity with the telecom industry or assisting army personnel is advantageous
