Description:

Cyient is currently dealing with projects in Onshore offshore Oil & Gas projects, Process plants, in this process we are looking for multiple roles in Piping field with experience range of 6 to 14 years.

• The candidate shall have min 6 years of Piping experience in his entire experience.


• Roles we are looking for CAD Administrator with handons experience in Piping with good knowledge of codes and standards, best practices using the tools like E3D, PDMS

Required qualifications:

• Diploma of engineering or equivalent in mechanical/Piping


• 6-14 years of experience


• Able to work in tools E3D & PDMS tool


• Apply good interpersonal skills, liaising with members of other disciplines and departments.


• A minimum of 6 years experience as a user of the 3D CAD modelling and 2D drafting system applicable to piping layout and design. gained with design contractors and/or oil/gas companies within the petrochemical industry particularly with respect to offshore oil and gas installations.


• A committed team player able to work on own initiative with the minimum of supervision


• Exposure to fabrication, construction, and installation activities although detailed involvement is not essential.

Roles and responsibilities:

• IT Networking and setup software system

Installation and setup of AVEVA PDMS, plant modelling software

Server setup

IT networking and software licensing

• E3D/PDMS Administration

Project catalogues, spec build up

Project database

Attributing

• Global Project Administration


• E3D/PDMS model updates and review

Import and export from other software

• E3D/PDMS PML Customization

Create Custom Macros

Utility applications for producing drawing and report

• Drawing Administration


• Engineering data reporting


• E3D/PDMS Team Management


• Management and co-ordination


• Maintain the data consistencies and validation in the E3D/PDMS database.


• Be the focal point for problem solving and troubleshooting of E3D/PDMS Projects.


• Provide guidance and assistance to E3D/PDMS users.


• Develop and provide training to E3D/PDMS users.


• Roll out system enhancements and application changes in a controlled manner and implement a change management
