Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an E-Waste Procurement Specialist / Acquisition Manager based in Hyderabad. The specialist will actively identify, manage, and form partnerships with suppliers and customers for the procurement of e-waste. Responsibilities include negotiating contracts, managing supplier relationships, analyzing market trends, ensuring regulatory compliance, and ensuring that materials are acquired and handled sustainably in alignment with company policies. Additional duties involve coordinating with internal teams to optimize procurement processes and maintaining records for efficient operations.

Qualifications

• Experience in supplier/vendor management, negotiation, and procurement processes
• Knowledge of E-Waste Management regulations and sustainability practices
• Strong analytical skills for market research, data analysis, and forecasting
• Excellent communication, relationship management, and interpersonal skills
• Background in waste management, environmental sciences, or procurement operations is highly beneficial
• Proficiency in relevant software tools and technology used in procurement and data management
• Ability to work effectively on-site and contribute to collaborative team environments
