Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and creative E-Learning Developer with 1–3 years of experience to join our team in Pune. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing and developing engaging, interactive, and instructionally sound e-learning content using Articulate 360, including Storyline. A strong ability in storyboarding and visual storytelling is essential.

Key Responsibilities:

Design and develop interactive e-learning modules using Articulate Storyline and Articulate 360 suite.

Collaborate with subject matter experts (SMEs) and instructional designers to understand learning objectives and content requirements.

Create detailed storyboards, screenplays, and scripts for e-learning courses.

Apply instructional design principles to produce high-quality and learner-centric modules.

Incorporate multimedia elements such as audio, video, graphics, and animations to enhance learner engagement.

Required Skills & Tools:

Articulate 360 Suite (especially Storyline) – strong proficiency required

Storyboarding – experience in creating structured and engaging content

Understanding of Instructional Design (ID) principles and adult learning theories

Basic graphic design and multimedia editing skills (Photoshop, Illustrator, or similar) – a plus

Strong written and verbal communication skills

Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
