Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for an E-learning Developer located in Bhubaneswar. The E-learning Developer will be responsible for developing e-learning modules, designing instructional materials, managing learning content, and facilitating training and development sessions. The role involves working closely with subject matter experts to create SCORM-compliant materials and ensuring seamless integration with LMS platforms. Qualifications Proficiency in E-Learning Development and Instructional Design Experience with Learning Management Systems (LMS) and Learning Management Skills in Training & Development Knowledge of SCORM standards and compliance Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Excellent communication and collaboration abilities Ability to work independently and as part of a team Experience in the education or corporate training sector is a plus Bachelor's degree in Education, Instructional Design, Information Technology, or a related field *NOTE: Freshers with Computer Science Background can also apply. Zhypility Learning Solutions is seeking a talented Storyline Developer with 4 -6 years of experience in the corporate eLearning domain and graphic design skills to join our dynamic team. Key Responsibilities: Design and develop interactive eLearning modules using Articulate Storyline . Collaborate with instructional designers and SMEs to create impactful learning solutions. Leverage graphic design abilities to create visually appealing course elements and assets. Optimize learning materials for web, mobile, and various eLearning platforms. Test, troubleshoot, and enhance eLearning courses for seamless user experience. Stay updated with eLearning trends and best practices in corporate training. Qualifications: 3-5 years of hands-on experience with Articulate Storyline and other eLearning tools. Strong background in graphic design with proficiency in tools like Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, etc.). Experience in developing eLearning content for corporate clients. Understanding of instructional design principles and adult learning theories. Ability to work independently and meet deadlines while managing multiple projects.
