Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for an E-learning Developer located in Bhubaneswar. The E-learning Developer will be responsible for developing e-learning modules, designing instructional materials, managing learning content, and facilitating training and development sessions. The role involves working closely with subject matter experts to create SCORM-compliant materials and ensuring seamless integration with LMS platforms. Qualifications Proficiency in E-Learning Development and Instructional Design Experience with Learning Management Systems (LMS) and Learning Management Skills in Training & Development Knowledge of SCORM standards and compliance Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Excellent communication and collaboration abilities Ability to work independently and as part of a team Experience in the education or corporate training sector is a plus Bachelor's degree in Education, Instructional Design, Information Technology, or a related field *NOTE: Freshers with Computer Science Background can also apply.
