Key Responsibilities

E-Learning Development

• Develop, customize, and publish e-learning courses using

  Articulate Storyline

  and

  Articulate Rise 360

  .
• Create interactive layouts, animations, assessments, and scenario-based learning modules.

Integration & Technical Implementation

• Integrate learning modules into LMS or custom web applications with

  SCORM/xAPI

  compliance.
• Build and deploy lightweight web apps or dashboards for course hosting and tracking.
• Troubleshoot LMS compatibility, SCORM packaging, reporting, and deployment issues.

Web Programming

• Enhance e-learning interactivity using

  JavaScript, HTML5, and CSS3

  within Articulate courses.
• Implement UI enhancements and custom behaviors to improve learner engagement.
• Perform cross-browser testing and ensure platform stability.

Collaboration & Optimization

• Work closely with instructional designers, content creators, and UI/UX teams for visual consistency.
• Optimize multimedia assets (audio, video, animations) for better performance and accessibility.
• Maintain documentation, version control, and adhere to project timelines.

Required Skills

• Strong hands-on experience with

  Articulate Storyline

  and

  Articulate Rise 360

  .
• Proficiency in

  HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript

  , and familiarity with basic web frameworks (React, Vue, or vanilla JS).
• Solid understanding of

  SCORM, xAPI

  , Tin Can API, and LMS integration workflows.
• Experience with testing, debugging, and cross-browser compatibility.
• Familiarity with design tools such as

  Adobe XD, Figma, Photoshop

  (good bonus).
• Excellent communication and documentation skills.

Nice-to-Have Skills

• Experience working with LMS platforms (Moodle, TalentLMS, Docebo, Cornerstone, etc.).
• Knowledge of backend or API integrations (Node.js, Python).
• Understanding of mobile-first and responsive e-learning design.
• Exposure to AI-based content generation, automation, or agentic learning tools.
