E-Commerce Website Developer

We are seeking a skilled E-Commerce Website Developer with hands-on experience in building and managing e-commerce platforms and practical knowledge of AI technologies. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining scalable e-commerce websites, integrating AI-driven features (such as chatbots, product recommendation engines, and analytics), and ensuring seamless user experience and performance optimization.

Key Responsibilities:

Design, develop, and maintain responsive E-commerce websites (Shopify, Woo Commerce, Magento, or custom platforms).

Integrate secure payment gateways, shipping APIs, and third-party plugins.

Develop and manage databases, product catalogs, and inventory systems.

Implement AI-powered solutions such as chatbots, personalized product recommendations, voice search, and predictive analytics.

Optimize website performance for speed, SEO, and mobile responsiveness.

Collaborate with design, marketing, and product teams to deliver engaging customer experiences.

Troubleshoot technical issues, debug errors, and ensure website security.

Stay updated with latest trends in AI, web development, and e-commerce technologies.

Key Skills & Competencies:

Strong knowledge of HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, PHP, Python (or Node.js).

Hands-on experience with E-commerce platforms (Shopify, Woo Commerce, Magento, Open Cart, or custom).

Familiarity with databases (MySQL, MongoDB, or PostgreSQL).

Knowledge of AI & ML frameworks (Tensor Flow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn, OpenAI APIs, or similar).

Experience in integrating AI tools (chatbots, recommendation engines, sentiment analysis, automation).

Understanding of RESTful APIs, GraphQL, and microservices.

Strong grasp of SEO principles, website analytics, and performance optimization.

Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, AI/ML, or related field.

Minimum 2 years of professional experience in e-commerce web development.

Proven portfolio of developed e-commerce websites and AI implementations.

Preferred:

Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure).

Knowledge of automation tools for e-commerce (marketing automation, CRM integration).

Familiarity with UI/UX best practices.
