About the Role

We are looking for a dynamic and creative E-Commerce Executive to manage and grow our online presence across Amazon, Flipkart, and other platforms. The ideal candidate will be responsible for stock management, ad campaigns, creative content development, and customer engagement. This role blends analytical skills with creative execution, perfect for someone passionate about e-commerce and digital marketing.

Key Responsibilities

E-Commerce Portal Management

• Handle product listings, stock updates, pricing, and promotions on Amazon and Flipkart.
• Monitor and ensure accurate inventory management across all platforms.

Advertising & Campaigns

• Plan, execute, and optimize ad campaigns on Amazon and Flipkart.
• Track ROI and adjust campaigns to maximize performance.

Content Creation & Design

• Design engaging infographics, banners, and ad creatives using Photoshop and Canva.
• Create reels and short-form videos for promotions, ads, and social media.
• Manage and respond to customer reviews and queries on portals.

Social Media & Branding

• Support content creation for social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, etc.).
• Assist in running cross-platform marketing campaigns to boost visibility and sales.

Requirements

• Strong knowledge of Amazon Seller Central and Flipkart Seller Hub.
• Experience in running ads and promotions on both platforms.
• Basic design skills in Photoshop and Canva (mandatory).
• Ability to create short videos, reels, and basic video editing.
• Strong communication skills and creativity in presenting content.
• Analytical mindset to track data, trends, and campaign performance.

Good to Have

• Experience with video editing software (e.g., Premiere Pro, Filmora, or similar).
• Knowledge of SEO and keyword optimization for product listings.
• Prior experience in consumer goods/e-commerce brand marketing.
