Job Description

Role & responsibilities

1. Store Management:

  • Manage and oversee operations for our online stores on Amazon, Flipkart, and other relevant e-commerce platforms.

  • Ensure smooth day-to-day functioning of the stores, including inventory management and order fulfillment coordination with the warehouse.

2. Product Listings:

  • Create, upload, and maintain accurate and engaging product listings with high-quality images, descriptions, and attributes.

  • Optimise listings for SEO to improve product visibility and search rankings on e-commerce platforms.

  • Monitor and update pricing, promotions, and product availability as needed.

3. Advertising & PPC Management:

  • Plan, create, and manage pay-per-click (PPC) campaigns on Amazon and Flipkart.

  • Analyze campaign performance and optimize for ROAS (Return on Ad Spend).Monitor advertising budgets, bid strategies, and conversion rates to maximieize sales.

4. Customer Service:

  • Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries, reviews, and complaints.

  • Manage returns, refunds, and resolution of customer issues while maintaining a positive brand image.

  • Analyze customer feedback to improve listings and overall customer satisfaction.

5. Performance Analysis & Reporting:

  • Track key performance metrics such as sales, conversion rates, and ad performance.

  • Generate weekly and monthly performance reports, highlighting insights and actionable recommendations.

  • Use data-driven insights to identify new opportunities for growth.

6. SEO & Keyword Optimization:

  • Conduct keyword research to identify relevant, high-performing search terms.

  • Regularly update product titles, bullet points, and descriptions to include trending keywords.

  • A/B test product copy and images to determine the most effective strategies.


7. Competitive Analysis:

  • Conduct regular competitor analysis to understand market trends, pricing strategies, and customer preferences.

  • Suggest improvements based on market research and competitor insights.

8. Platform Expansion:

  • Explore and onboard additional e-commerce platforms for growth opportunities.

  • Coordinate with internal teams for platform integrations and setup.


Preferred candidate profile

  • Minimum 2 years of experience managing e-commerce stores, particularly on Amazon and Flipkart.
  • Strong understanding of e-commerce operations, marketplace policies, and SEO best practices.
  • Proficiency in using Amazon Seller Central, Flipkart Seller Hub, and similar platforms.
  • Hands-on experience with PPC campaign management tools.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Analytical mindset with strong proficiency in Excel and reporting tools.
  • Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
  • Self-motivated and able to work independently.
  • Highly organized with attention to detail.
  • Customer-focused and solution-oriented.
