Job Role:

E-Commerce Sales & Channel Management
Product Listing & Content Management
Order Processing & Customer Service
Marketing & Promotion
Data Analysis & Reporting
Compliance & Coordination
Strong negotiation skills for pricing, promotions, and customer agreements
Understanding of B2B, B2C and D2C selling dynamics for Gelatin, Collagen and related products
Effective coordination with logistics, production, finance, and marketing for smooth order execution
Ability to manage multiple orders, listings, and campaigns simultaneously

Qualification:

Graduate in Commerce, Business Administration, or related field. MBA preferred
3-6 years in e-commerce sales, preferably in food ingredients, nutraceuticals, or allied industries.
Knowledge of online marketplace operations, digital marketing basics, and e- commerce analytics tools
Proficiency in MS Office; familiarity with e-commerce platforms (shopify) and ERP systems (Zoho, SAP) is desirable
