Job Description

Role & responsibilities

responsible for analyzing, developing, optimizing, and maintaining manufacturing processes
ensures that all processes meet quality, productivity, and cost-effectiveness standards, while adhering to safety and environmental regulations
Evaluate and select appropriate machinery, materials, and tooling for production lines
Ensure processes meet ISO and other applicable industry standards.
Monitor and improve process capability and consistency using SPC tools.
Use GD&T for 2D and 3D Drafting
Conduct design calculations for Fixtures. (Assembly Pallets and Trollies)Carried out
Assist in root cause analysis and corrective/preventive actions for process deviations or customer complaints.

Preferred candidate profile

BE/B.Tech (Mech / Electrical) / Diploma with min. 2 yrs exp. in Process Engineer, Knowledge of lean manufacturing, Six Sigma, and continuous improvement methodologies, Proficiency in AutoCAD, SolidWorks, or similar tools for process layout.
