E-Commerce Executive (UK & Europe Markets) Role Overview We are seeking a proactive E-Commerce Executive to manage and scale our online sales across the UK and European markets. The role involves complete ownership of our digital commerce ecosystem including our UK-compliant website, Amazon UK & Europe, E-Bay UK & Europe, and social-commerce channels such as Instagram, TikTok, and Facebook. The ideal candidate will combine strong commercial acumen with operational discipline and creative marketing skills, coordinating closely with our UK office. Location: Navi Mumbai (Full-time, On-site) Reports To: UK Office E-Commerce & Marketing Lead Work Hours: 2:00 PM 11:00 PM IST (with UK overlap) Monday to Friday Key Responsibilities • Manage and update the UK-compliant e-commerce website (Shopify/WooCommerce) ensuring compliance with UK & EU consumer laws, GDPR, VAT, and returns policies. • Oversee Amazon UK, Amazon EU, and E-Bay UK/EU seller accounts including listings, pricing, promotions, ads, and inventory synchronization. • Coordinate with the UK office on FBA or 3PL dispatches to ensure accurate stock and timely fulfilment. • Plan and execute paid and organic campaigns across Instagram, TikTok, and Facebook targeted at UK & EU markets. • Work closely with logistics partners and UK warehouse teams for order processing and customer fulfilment. • Prepare daily/weekly sales dashboards and performance analytics for all UK/EU channels. • Ensure compliance with UK/EU trading standards and platform policies, maintaining high customer service levels and GDPR compliance. Education Bachelors degree in Business, Commerce, Marketing, or Operations (or equivalent) MBA preferred (Marketing, E-Commerce, or International Business specialization) Certifications in Amazon Ads, Google Analytics 4 (GA4), or Digital Marketing are a plus Experience & Skills • 36 years in e-commerce operations or account management, preferably managing UK/EU online sales. • Hands-on experience with Amazon Seller Central (UK/EU), E-Bay Seller Hub, and Shopify/WooCommerce. • Proficiency with Meta Ads Manager, TikTok Ads, Google Ads, GA4, Canva/Figma, and Klaviyo/Mailchimp. • Strong English communication and analytical skills; comfort with multi-currency transactions and VAT reconciliation. Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) • Growth in UK & EU online sales revenue and profitability. • ROAS and conversion rate across paid and organic channels. • Dispatch turnaround time, return rate, and customer satisfaction. • Inventory accuracy and promotion ROI.
