Job Description

Role & responsibilities

Manage operations across major marketplaces (
Amazon, Flipkart, Myntra, Ajio, etc.
).
Handle account management, including product listings, inventory updates, and order processing.
Optimize product content, pricing, and visibility for better ranking & conversion.
Coordinate with the warehouse, marketing, and customer service teams for smooth operations.
Analyze sales reports and performance data to identify growth opportunities.
Experience in Quick-commerce.
Ensure compliance with marketplace policies and handle disputes or claim issues.
Plan and execute promotional campaigns to boost marketplace performance.

Preferred candidate profile

Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
3-7 years of experience in e-commerce operations and account management.
Strong understanding of domestic marketplaces (Amazon, Flipkart, etc.).
Proficiency in Excel and marketplace dashboards.
Analytical mindset with attention to detail.
