Job Description

Responsibilities:

Manage and oversee daily operations across multiple e-commerce platforms such as
Myntra, Flipkart, Nykaa, Amazon
, and other online marketplaces.
Handle
product listing
and ensure accurate and appealing product descriptions, images, and specifications are uploaded across all portals.
Monitor and
update product pricing, discounts, and promotional offers
as per company strategy and portal requirements.
Maintain strong
Product Listing Ads (PLA)
knowledge for optimizing product visibility and performance on all platforms.
Coordinate with internal teams for inventory updates, order management, and smooth execution of sales and promotions.
Analyze sales reports, portal performance, and campaign results to recommend improvements.
Ensure compliance with each portals policies and maintain brand consistency across platforms.
Troubleshoot listing issues, resolve discrepancies, and communicate effectively with marketplace account managers.

Requirements:

Proven experience in managing listings and campaigns on leading e-commerce platforms.
Strong understanding of marketplace operations, algorithms, and promotional tools.
Proficiency in Excel and online portal dashboards.
Excellent attention to detail and time management skills.
