Amazon Specialist

About the Role:

We are looking for an experienced Amazon Specialist to manage and grow our Amazon.in presence. Candidates with prior hands-on experience in Cocoblu Retail @ Amazon.in will be given priority.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and optimize product listings, pricing, and promotions on Amazon.in.
• Oversee daily operations for Cocoblu Retail listings, ensuring compliance and account health.
• Plan and execute Amazon PPC campaigns to increase visibility and sales.
• Coordinate inventory, FBA/FBM shipments, and order fulfillment.
• Utilize tools like Helium10 and Jungle Scout for product research, keyword optimization, and competitive analysis.
• Analyze sales reports, forecast demand, and plan inventory using KPI tracking and marketplace insights.
• Liaise with Amazon account managers and internal teams for smooth operations.

Requirements:

• 2-4 years experience in Amazon.in account management.
• Proven track record with Cocoblu Retail operations.
• Proficiency in Amazon Seller Central/Vendor Central and advertising tools.
• Hands-on experience with Helium10, Jungle Scout, Flipkart Insights, and AWS tools.
• Strong skills in PPC (Amazon Sponsored Ads), and conversion rate optimization (CRO).

• Sales growth and revenue targets.
• Account health score maintenance.
• Advertising ROI & ACoS optimization.
• Product ranking and visibility improvement.
• Inventory turnover and order fulfillment rate.
• ROI improvement on ad spend through targeted campaigns.
