Job Description

Key Responsibilities

Google Ads & Shopping Campaign Management

  • Build, optimize, and scale

    Google Shopping

    campaigns for ArtSmileyDecor product categories.

  • Set up and maintain

    Google Merchant Center

    (GMC) including product feed, schema, attributes, promotions, and error troubleshooting.

  • Create and optimize Search, Display, Performance Max campaigns.

  • A/B test ad creatives, audience segments, and bidding strategies to improve ROAS.

  • Meta (Facebook/Instagram) Ads & Catalogue

    • Manage

      Meta Commerce Manager

      catalogue for ArtSmileyDecor products.

    • Run dynamic catalogue ads, retargeting ads, and lookalike acquisition campaigns.

    • Improve product feed hygiene, creative templates, event tracking (Pixel/Conversions API).

    • Coordinate with the design team for creatives aligned with home décor visual identity.

  • Marketplace Advertising (Amazon & Noon)

    • Create, manage, and optimize

      Amazon Sponsored Ads (SP, SB, SD)

      campaigns.

    • Optimize product listings, keywords, backend search terms, and daily ACOS targets.

    • Run

      Noon Ads

      including sponsored listings and promotional visibility campaigns.

    • Monitor category competitiveness in Home Décor / Wall Art.

  • E-commerce Analytics & Reporting

    • Track and improve KPIs: ROAS, CPC, CTR, conversion rate, ACOS, TACOS, revenue growth.

    • Provide weekly/monthly performance reports with actionable recommendations.

    • Use Google Analytics (GA4), Search Console, and marketplace dashboards for insights.

    • Conduct competitor analysis for pricing, keywords, and ad placements.

  • Feed Management & Store Optimization

    • Ensure optimized product titles, descriptions, categories, and attributes for décor products.

    • Maintain structured product feeds for Google, Meta, Amazon & Noon.

    • Work with the e-commerce team to optimize landing pages and product detail pages for conversions.

  • Required Skills & Qualifications

    • 3–5 years of hands-on experience in e-commerce PPC management.

    • Proven experience running

      Google Shopping & PMax

      campaigns for retail/e-commerce.

    • Strong understanding of

      Meta Ads

      , dynamic product ads, and catalogue setup.

    • Experience advertising on

      Amazon & Noon

      (mandatory for this role).

    • Knowledge of feed optimization tools (DataFeedWatch / GMC / API feeds).

    • Familiarity with marketplaces and their algorithms for home décor categories.

    • Strong analytical mindset with proficiency in Google Analytics, Excel/Sheets, and tracking tools.

    • Ability to manage budgets and deliver high-ROI campaigns.

    • Experience in running campaigns for

      home décor, furniture, or lifestyle products

      is a strong plus.

  • Preferred Qualifications

    • Experience with Shopify, WooCommerce, or any major e-commerce CMS.

    • Creative eye for home décor trends and visual product merchandising.
