What You’ll Do

• List & Launch Products: create new listings (photos, titles, tags, descriptions) and ensure variant details are perfect.
• Etsy SEO: research keywords, optimise tags, and run A/B tests to boost organic traffic.
• Order Processing & Fulfilment: monitor orders, generate labels, schedule dispatches, and update tracking.
• Customer Management: answer messages within 24 hours, resolve issues, and turn potential negatives into 5-star reviews.
• Store Health & Analytics: review listing quality, shipping profiles, and inventory levels weekly; spot trends and propose improvements.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: coordinate with design for photos, marketing for promos, and suppliers for lead times and stock replenishment.

You’ll Thrive Here If You…

• Have 1-3 yrs managing an Etsy shop or similar marketplace (seller side).
• Understand Etsy SEO: long-tail keywords, tags, and ranking factors.
• Love details—typos and mismatched variants keep you up at night.

• Juggle multiple tasks without dropping any; Google Sheets is second nature.
