Key Responsibilities

Demand & Inventory Planning (Primary)

• Forecast seasonal and promotional demand using sales history, keyword trends, and marketplace data.
• Build reorder calendars that keep us >95 % in stock while minimizing capital lock-up.
• Track daily sell-through; raise red flags on slow movers or impending stock-outs.
• Produce 30-60-90-day launch scorecards and actionable improvement plans.

Startup-Style Secondary Hats

• Jump into product-listing edits or SEO tweaks when a hot trend surfaces.
• Coordinate with suppliers and logistics on lead-times, MOQs, and shipment ETAs.
• Share quick insights with marketing teams (“ice trays trending—​run a bundle promo!”).

Requirements

• 1–3 years in supply-chain, demand planning, merchandising, or e-commerce analytics.
• Excel/Sheets wizardry (pivot tables, lookups).
• Comfort turning raw numbers into crisp “so-what / now-what” actions.
• Eye for detail
