Job Description

You will work closely with our e-commerce team to support day-to-day operations, including website management, digital marketing, and customer service. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to build a career in e-commerce or digital marketing.

Selected Intern's Day-to-day Responsibilities Include

Assisting in updating product listings, descriptions, and images.
Monitoring website performance and user experience, providing suggestions for improvements.
Helping maintain product inventory and ensuring accurate stock levels online.
Participating in the development of online promotions and sales strategies.
Tracking and analyzing website traffic and sales data using tools like Google Analytics.
Generating reports on marketing campaign performance and customer behavior.
Assisting in responding to customer inquiries via email, chat, and social media.
Helping resolve customer issues and ensuring a positive shopping experience.
Providing general administrative support to the e-commerce team.
Assisting in coordinating with other departments to ensure smooth operations.
