Description
Key Responsibilities: Manage and optimize the company’s ecommerce website (e.g., Shopify, Magento, WooCommerce, etc.) Develop and execute ecommerce strategies to meet revenue and customer acquisition goals. Oversee product listings, descriptions, pricing, and promotional activities. Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs), including traffic, conversion rates, average order value, and sales performance. Coordinate digital marketing efforts (SEO, SEM, email marketing, social media, affiliate marketing) with internal teams or external agencies. Collaborate with logistics and inventory teams to ensure product availability and timely fulfillment. Ensure a seamless user experience across all devices and platforms. Identify and implement CRO (Conversion Rate Optimization) strategies. Manage relationships with third-party platforms (Amazon, eBay, etc.) if applicable. Conduct competitor analysis and market trend research to identify opportunities for growth. Generate regular reports and insights to present to senior leadership. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Ecommerce, or related field. 3+ years of experience in ecommerce management or digital marketing. Strong understanding of ecommerce platforms (e.g., Shopify, Magento, BigCommerce). Proficiency in web analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Google Search Console). Experience with digital advertising platforms (Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, etc.). Excellent communication, project management, and organizational skills. Data-driven mindset with a focus on performance and ROI. Job Type: Full-time Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month Schedule: Day shift Work Location: In person
