The ideal candidate will have expertise in product listing, seller account management on platforms like Amazon and Flipkart, and the ability to handle multiple client accounts simultaneously. Key Responsibilities: Manage and optimize product listings on Amazon and Flipkart, ensuring product titles, descriptions, images, and keywords are accurate and optimized for search visibility. Handle seller account management, including order processing, inventory updates, price adjustments, and ensuring timely product deliveries. Monitor and manage multiple client accounts, providing regular updates on account health, sales performance, and customer feedback. Resolve issues related to product listings, orders, returns, and customer queries in a timely and professional manner. Coordinate with the marketing and operations teams to ensure that products are listed correctly and aligned with the clients' business objectives. Analyze sales data and trends, providing recommendations for improving listings and increasing sales. Stay updated on Amazon and Flipkart policies, tools, and best practices, ensuring compliance and account growth. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, offering support to optimize their online presence and maximize sales potential. Requirements: Proven experience in e-commerce, with a focus on Amazon and Flipkart platforms. Hands-on experience with product listings, account management, and seller dashboards. Ability to manage multiple client accounts simultaneously and handle competing priorities. Strong knowledge of Amazon and Flipkart policies, tools, and best practices. Excellent communication, organizational, and time-management skills. Proficient in Excel and other relevant tools for data analysis and reporting. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and deliver results under pressure. Preferred Skills: Previous experience working with Amazon Seller Central, Flipkart Seller Hub, and other e-commerce platforms. Experience with product keyword research and SEO for e-commerce listings. Familiarity with advertising tools (e.g., Amazon PPC, Flipkart Ads) is a plus.
