Job Description

Responsibilities:

Develop and run e-commerce and quick commerce strategies for platforms like Amazon, Flipkart, JioMart, Blinkit, Zepto and others
Manage listings, pricing, catalog quality and platform compliance
Build platform partnerships and drive onboarding across all major marketplaces
Plan assortment, optimize pricing and maintain digital-first or exclusive SKUs
Work closely with supply chain teams to ensure stock availability, timely fulfilment and smooth backend integrations (ERP, OMS, WMS)
Lead campaign planning with platform teams for sale events and promotions
Manage discounting, coupons, visibility placements and creative assets for digital promotions
Track performance using analytics dashboards from each platform and share regular reports
Lead stakeholder communication with internal teams and category managers across partner platforms
Improve customer experience by maintaining high-quality listings, A+ content, reviews and digital shelf hygiene
Monitor competitor activity and make data-backed decisions to stay competitive
Identify tools to automate catalogue, pricing, and stock syncing processes and improve internal workflows
