Role Description

We are seeking an E-Commerce Manager (Online Marketplaces) to drive and manage our online marketplace presence, focusing on sales growth, brand exposure, and platform optimization.

Key Responsibilities

• Own and manage Neyah’s marketplace accounts with full P&L responsibility.

• Drive e-commerce sales, revenue, and market share in Beauty & Cosmetics.

• Lead SKU planning, pricing strategy, and portfolio management.

• Oversee product listings, promotions, and campaign execution.

• Analyze consumer behavior and optimize the shopper journey.

• Manage inventory, payment collections, and issue resolution.

• Collaborate with partners and agencies to boost ROAS & performance marketing.

• Execute new product launches (NPDs) and high-impact online events.

• Prepare reports and performance reviews for leadership.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in online marketplace management (Beauty/FMCG preferred).

• Strong business negotiation and sales skills.

• Excellent analytical and communication abilities.

• Proficiency in e-commerce tools, P&L management, and digital marketing
