Job Description

Product Management: Oversee product listings, descriptions, and pricing on the online store and various marketplaces (e.g., Myntra, Ajio, Amazon). Ensure accurate and appealing product information, including high-quality images and descriptions. Website Management: Monitor website functionality, user experience, and technical issues. Collaborate with web developers and designers to improve website performance and usability. Marketing and Promotions: Plan and execute seasonal and promotional campaigns to drive sales and engagement. Develop and implement e-commerce strategies, including SEO, paid advertising, and email marketing. Data Analysis and Optimization: Analyze website traffic, sales data, and customer behavior to identify growth opportunities. Track e-commerce performance metrics, including sales, conversion rates, and ROI. Optimize website content and structure for search engines. Inventory Management: Collaborate with supply chain and logistics teams to ensure optimal inventory levels and timely order fulfillment. Customer Service: Collaborate with customer service teams to ensure seamless customer experience and resolve issues quickly. Marketplace Management: Manage product listings and campaigns on various e-commerce marketplaces. Monitor and optimize performance on different platforms.
