Job Description

Responsibilities: Lead and drive the growth and performance of the company’s e-commerce operations. Plan, manage, and execute promotional and marketing campaigns to increase engagement and sales. Analyze customer behavior and shopping trends to support merchandising and product assortment planning. Ensure a seamless customer experience by addressing queries, resolving issues, and managing feedback promptly. Coordinate with demand planning and warehouse teams to ensure efficient order processing and fulfillment. Track, analyze, and report key performance indicators such as sales trends, sell-through rates, and campaign ROI. Develop and execute strategies to improve the brand's online visibility and overall customer experience. Collaborate with the digital marketing team to drive website traffic and improve conversion rates. Stay informed about the latest e-commerce trends, technologies, and best practices. Prioritize tasks effectively while maintaining high attention to detail across multiple projects. Build and maintain strong professional relationships with cross-functional teams and external partners. Key Requirements: Proven experience in an e-commerce management role, preferably in a product-based or D2C (Direct-to-Consumer) business. In-depth understanding of e-commerce platforms and sales strategies. Familiarity with Unicommerce is preferred. Knowledge of digital marketing tools and strategies is an added advantage. Strong analytical abilities and the capacity to make data-driven decisions. Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and constantly evolving environment.
