E-Commerce Manager

Job Description

Overview The brand is now looking for an experienced E-Commerce Manager to lead and streamline its online order management and dispatch operations Duties Lead the end-to-end management of e-commerce orders from brand website and marketplaces (e.g., Myntra, Nykaa, etc.) Ensure timely dispatch within 24 hours of order placement Oversee coordination with warehouse, courier partners, and store teams for smooth fulfillment. Take full ownership of the e-commerce dispatch process and ensure operational efficiency Monitor order status, returns, exchanges, and customer satisfaction metrics Ensure excellent customer service and on-time resolutions of online queries Maintain stock accuracy across platforms, coordinate restocking and replenishment Collaborate with the marketing, design, and tech teams for product listings, pricing, promotions Generate and analyze performance reports (sales, dispatch TAT, order volumes, etc.) Identify operational gaps and implement improvements for faster order cycles * * Requirements 2–4 years of experience in e-commerce operations (preferably fashion/apparel) Strong working knowledge of platforms like Shopify, Unicommerce, and Excel Excellent leadership, coordination, and time-management skills Experience handling high-volume orders and customer escalations A problem-solving mindset with a strong understanding of online consumer behavior * Join us in shaping the future of our e-commerce initiatives as we strive for excellence in delivering exceptional online shopping experiences.
