🔹 Core Skills Marketplace Knowledge Expertise in platforms like Amazon, Flipkart, Myntra, Meesho, Nykaa, etc. Understanding of listing requirements, policies, and portal dashboards. Catalog Management Handling product uploads, updating descriptions, size charts, images, and variations. Pricing & Promotions Managing pricing strategies, running discounts, deal participation, and seasonal campaigns. Order & Inventory Management Syncing stock levels, tracking orders, returns, cancellations, and reverse logistics. Data Analysis & Reporting Using Excel, Google Sheets, or BI tools to track sales performance, return rates, and ad performance. 🔹 Technical Skills Basic Excel Marketplace Dashboards (Seller Central, Seller Panel, Partner Portals) Basic SEO/Keywords (for product listings) 🔹 Soft Skills Communication & Coordination – With marketplaces, internal teams, and logistics partners. Problem-Solving – Handling listing errors, account issues, or delayed shipments. Attention to Detail – Especially important for listings, pricing, and policies. 🔹 Nice to Have Experience with ad platforms (Amazon Ads, Flipkart Ads, Myntra Ads) Familiarity with returns analysis and customer complaint resolution.
