About the job: Key responsibilities: 1. Make outbound calls to customers who have made recent purchases on Amazon 2. Introduce yourself professionally, explain the purpose of the call, and ensure a positive and engaging interaction 3. Politely request customers to share their experience and leave a product review on Amazon 4. Explain the benefits of leaving a review and how it helps both the customer and the company 5. Offer a cash voucher as a reward for leaving a review and following the company's Instagram page 6. Provide clear instructions on how to follow the Instagram account and claim the voucher 7. Ensure that customers fully understand the process for leaving a review and redeeming their incentive 8. Address any questions or concerns customers may have regarding the process 9. Confirm the customer's correct Amazon order details to verify the purchase 10. Record and update accurate customer information and responses in the system 11. Maintain positive customer relations 12. Be courteous and professional in all interactions to create a positive experience for the customer 13. Encourage customers to engage with the company on social media, fostering long-term customer loyalty 14. Monitor and track the number of successful reviews and Instagram follows generated through each call 15. Meet or exceed call and conversion targets set by the company 16. Arora Suppliers (Go Hooked) is looking for an experienced e-commerce manager to manage and grow its brand on third party online marketplaces like Amazon, Flipkart, Myntra This role is perfect for someone eager to work in a start-up environment. Job Responsibilities Take ownership of the e-commerce P&L and be accountable for developing MoM sales forecast and deliver on volume and market share across platforms. Responsible for managing digital ads across Ecommerce platforms - AMS knowledge is a must Identify opportunities on the platforms i.e. promotions, sales, events, changes in the listing, change in focus of the platform, etc. Collecting data from platforms e.g. top selling products, competitor performance, advertising, keywords etc. Maintain and audit listing sheets, list new products, correct errors, raise complaints when required. Leading and planning product launches including listing, advertising and visibility. Develop strong relationships with account managers at various platforms to drive sales. Responsible for brand visibility on the platform through paid and non-paid initiatives. Coupons, Discounts, Display Advertising, Agency support will be provided for performance marketing.
