E-Commerce Manager

About Us:

House of Fett is a premium womenswear fashion brand with 15+ stores across India. Known for its trend-driven collections and creative innovation, the brand is now looking for an experienced E-Commerce Manager to lead and streamline its online order management and dispatch operations.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead the end-to-end management of e-commerce orders from brand website and marketplaces (e.g., Myntra, Nykaa,Ajio etc...)

• Ensure timely dispatch within 24 hours of order placement
• Oversee coordination with warehouse, courier partners, and store teams for smooth fulfillment.
• Take full ownership of the e-commerce dispatch process and ensure operational efficiency
• Monitor order status, returns, exchanges, and customer satisfaction metrics
• Ensure excellent customer service and on-time resolutions of online queries
• Maintain stock accuracy across platforms, coordinate restocking and replenishment
• Collaborate with the marketing, design, and tech teams for product listings, pricing, promotions
• Generate and analyze performance reports (sales, dispatch TAT, order volumes, etc.)
• Identify operational gaps and implement improvements for faster order cycles

Requirements:

• 2–4 years of experience in e-commerce operations (preferably fashion/apparel)
• Strong working knowledge of platforms like Shopify, Unicommerce, and Excel
• Excellent leadership, coordination, and time-management skills
• Experience handling high-volume orders and customer escalations
• A problem-solving mindset with a strong understanding of online consumer behavior

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
