Position: E-Commerce Manager(Flipkart & Myntra)

Experience – 3 years minimum

CTC – 14 LPA

Location : Okhla (Delhi)

Qualification – Graduation

Industry – D2C

Key Responsibilities :-

Platform Management

• Own and manage the P&L for Flipkart and Myntra.

• Set up and manage product listings, pricing, promotions, and content across both platforms.

• Ensure high catalog hygiene and timely updates for inventory, visibility, and seasonality.

Sales & Performance Optimization

• Analyze platform data and trends to improve conversion, CTR, and sales velocity.

• Plan and execute promotional campaigns, price drops, and sale events in collaboration with platform teams.

• Manage and optimize product rankings, search performance, and visibility levers.

Operations & Coordination

• Coordinate with supply chain, warehouse, and 3PL partners to ensure stock availability and timely order fulfillment.

• Monitor and maintain high seller scores, returns management, and SLA adherence.

• Resolve operational issues and discrepancies in coordination with internal and platform teams.

Account & Relationship Management

• Act as the primary point of contact for Flipkart and Myntra category/account managers.

• Drive negotiations for visibility slots, joint business plans (JBPs), and promotional placements.

Reporting & Insights

• Prepare weekly dashboards for sales, traffic, returns, and promotions.

• Present insights to senior leadership and recommend strategies to maximize performance.
