Overview:-

The E-Commerce Manager in FMCG plays a pivotal role in driving the brand's online success and requires a strategic mindset, a strong understanding of the E-Commerce landscape, and the ability to lead cross-functional teams to achieve growth and profitability goals.

Responsibilities

Monitor and manage promotional activities on various E-Commerce marketplaces.
Manage the upgrading and listing of products across various sales channels.
Monitor and Manage teams performance on Amazon advertising accounts and other marketplaces like Flipkart and other E-Commerce platforms
Collabrate with commercial teams to understand goals, challenges, priorities and budgets
Identify emerging E-Commerce trends and prospects for business growth.
Proactively seek out new opportunities and provide recommendations to grow eCommerce performance campaigns by creating new ad groups, testing ad content, optimizing landing page, and expanding keywords.
Develop and maintain long-term E-Commerce relationships in order to increase the brand's online visibility.
Optimize product listings and data sources to ensure accuracy and completeness.
To work with Marketing and Merchandising teams to create compelling online product listings.
Responsible to address consumer product inquiries and resolve complaints promptly.

Desired Profile

Masters degree in business, Marketing, or a related field
5+ years experience working within eCommerce marketing in FMCG. Experience on Amazon platform search and other ecommerce sites preferred.
Proven experience in E-Commerce management, preferably in a senior role.
Strong knowledge of E-Commerce platforms and marketplaces.
Excellent analytical, communication, and negotiation skills.
Ability to work in a dynamic, entrepreneurial environment.
Proficiency in data analysis and reporting tools.
Strong leadership and team collaboration skills.
