E-Commerce Manager – Amazon Advertising Campaigns

We are seeking an experienced E-Commerce Manager with strong expertise in Amazon Advertising and Campaign Management. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing paid campaigns to drive visibility, traffic, and revenue growth on Amazon and other marketplaces. Key Responsibilities Develop and implement Amazon PPC (Sponsored Products, Sponsored Brands, Sponsored Display) strategies to meet sales and ROI targets. Monitor campaign performance, analyze data, and make data-driven decisions to optimize ACoS, CTR, and conversions. Manage budgets, bids, and keyword strategies for advertising campaigns. Coordinate with product, creative, and sales teams to ensure campaigns align with business goals. Conduct competitor analysis and identify opportunities for scaling campaigns. Prepare detailed performance reports and share actionable insights with management. Oversee product listings, content quality, and organic ranking improvement to complement paid campaigns. Ensure compliance with Amazon policies and marketplace guidelines. Desired Candidate Profile Bachelor’s in any stream. 4–8 years of experience in e-commerce with at least 2+ years managing Amazon ad campaigns. Strong knowledge of Amazon Seller Central and advertising tools (AMS, DSP, etc.). Proven track record of delivering high ROI on Amazon ads. Excellent analytical skills with proficiency in MS Excel and/or reporting tools. Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
