About the Role

We are looking for a highly experienced and result-oriented E-commerce Logistics Manager to lead and manage our daily order dispatch operations across top online marketplaces including Amazon.in, Flipkart, FirstCry, Meesho, JioMart, and other purchase order (PO) channels.

The ideal candidate will have prior experience handling 5,000+ e-commerce orders per day, ensuring timely dispatch without any SLA breaches. This role requires strong team leadership, operational excellence, and coordination with multiple stakeholders to ensure seamless workflow.

Key Responsibilities

• Order Dispatch Management: Ensure timely and accurate dispatch of all e-commerce orders across multiple platforms without breaching timelines.
• Team Handling: Manage and supervise packing & dispatch teams to maintain efficiency and accuracy.
• Logistics Coordination: Liaise with logistics partners such as Delhivery, Xpressbees, Shadowfax, Valmo, and others for smooth pickups and on-time deliveries.
• Workflow Collaboration: Coordinate with Inventory, E-commerce Marketing, and Admin teams to ensure stock accuracy, proper listings, and seamless daily operations.
• Process Optimization: Implement best practices for packing, labeling, and shipment tracking to minimize errors, delays, and returns.
• Reporting: Prepare daily/weekly reports on dispatch, logistics performance, and order status for management review.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Experience: Minimum 4–6 years of experience in E-commerce Logistics & Operations, with proven handling of high-volume orders (5,000+ per day).
• Team Management: Strong experience in supervising and motivating packing & dispatch teams.
• Marketplace Knowledge: Hands-on knowledge of Amazon Seller Central, Flipkart Seller Hub, FirstCry, Meesho, JioMart seller panels, etc.
• Logistics Handling: Familiarity with shipping integrations, pickups, and partner SLAs.
• Skills: Excellent coordination, leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Education: Graduate or Postgraduate (MBA/Operations preferred, but not mandatory).
